Our technology
Our presses are equipped with an endless screw—a core component—which conveys the seeds from the hopper to the extraction head.
Each type of seed has its own specific pressing parameters, which are:
- Speed: adjustable via a variable speed drive.
- Pre-heating or heating temperature: adjustable via a temperature controller.
- The nozzle: located in the extraction head (available in various diameters), which determines the pressure level.
Our Technological Advantages
Versatility
Our presses can process a wide variety of oilseeds, insects, and also nuts thanks to their integrated grinder option. Switching from one seed to another is done simply by changing the main pressing parameters mentioned above (temperature, speed, and nozzle) and following a cleaning procedure.

The choice of every material used in manufacturing the components has been carefully considered to meet food safety requirements, as well as to provide high mechanical resistance to ensure a long lifespan.

Our presses have been eco-designed in collaboration with a designer. These “usability studies”—putting ourselves in the user’s shoes—allowed us to fully integrate ergonomics and ease of use into our design.

The main parts that make up our presses are manufactured locally (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region), which allows us to build a true partnership with our suppliers, and to offer responsiveness and traceability to our customers.
